Service has taken many different forms throughout my life, but it has always centered on people. I've taught dance to girls living in orphanages in rural India through The Miracle Foundation, led workshops for students through the Andy Roddick Foundation, donated more than 1,000 copies of my books to children through The Miracle Foundation, Any Baby Can, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area, and the Andy Roddick Foundation, and served as Founder and President of ChapTHON, a student organization supporting Dell Children's Medical Center. Whether mentoring younger students through The Kindness Campaign or organizing community initiatives closer to home, these experiences have reinforced my belief that meaningful impact begins by listening to the needs of others before trying to solve them.
